Unlike online clothing retailers that keep their entire inventory on display, which can be confusing and frustrating for customers, Amazon Fashion Store offers an experience that is customized to each individual customer. The algorithm used by the store selects clothes according to the personal information the user provides. Customers can request different styles and sizes via touchscreen displays in the 40 fitting rooms.

The employees greet customers and ask if this is their first time in the store. They offer to help them. The app will then suggest similar items to them according to what they like. They're also asked to provide their style, fit and other details through the app for more precise suggestions in the near future.

Once inside the store an employee will lead the customer to a fitting room where they can start trying on the outfits the algorithm suggested. The customer is able to swipe up or down on a touchscreen to decide if they are satisfied with the outfit. If they want to try other items the staff will request for them to return to the changing room with more options.

In addition to house brands such as The Drop and Amazon Essentials, the store also carries other brands that are well-known, such as Champion, Levi's, Adidas and Kendall & Kylie, along with a variety of accessories and shoes from BB Dakota and Dolce Vita. It also carries special edition influencer-curated collections.

Vargas was one of our experts who loved the Prettygarden collection. She described it as "the perfect mix of professional and feminine." She saw a lot of beautiful, romantic pieces that would be ideal for summer brunches and bridal showers, while Laudort favored the brand's sleek jumpsuits and بالنقر هنا blazers that have pretty details like lace and bows.

Neil Saunders of GlobalData was less than thrilled. Saunders said that while the store was innovative on a few levels however, it was lacking a perspective and was "too complicated." Saunders added that he believes Amazon is still dedicated to brick-and mortar retail, but that its decision last year to close its bookstores and 4-Star stores demonstrates that Amazon is focused on what is most important to consumers.
