The algorithm of the store picks clothes based on the personal information the user provides. Customers can request different styles and sizes via touchscreen displays in the 40 fitting rooms.

The employees greet customers and ask if this is their first time visiting the store. They offer to assist them. The app will then recommend similar items to them depending on what they enjoy. They're also asked to provide their style, fit and other information through the app to help refine suggestions in the near future.

After entering the store an employee will take the customer to the fitting room and let them try on clothes that were recommended by the algorithm. The customer is able to swipe upwards or downwards on a touchscreen to indicate if they like the style. In the event they want to try on other items, staff will have them return to the dressing area with additional options.

In addition to house brands like The Drop and Amazon Essentials The store also stocks other brands that are well-known, such as Champion, Levi's, Adidas and Kendall & Kylie, along with a range of accessories and shoes from BB Dakota and Dolce Vita. It also carries special edition influencer-curated collections.

Saunders added that he believes Amazon is still committed to brick-and-mortar stores however, its decision to shut down its bookstores and 4-Star stores indicates that the company is focused on what is most important to consumers.
